I am working with a Federal Government organisation to find an APS 6 labour hire contractor to manage the ongoing delivery, maintenance and enhancement of a high-profile, public portal. This portal was released at the end of 2024.

Working within a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement setting, you will play a key role in ensuring the portal remains accurate, accessible and user-focused. This position combines website administration, data management, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, data and business outcomes, and who can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will work closely with external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the portal continues to meet user needs while supporting transparency, accessibility and data quality objectives.

In this role, be responsible for:

- Managing website administration activities and coordinate with external service providers on enhancements, testing and implementation.




- Conducting routine website maintenance, including analytics reviews and quality checks.
- Supporting minor content updates and website improvements.
- Compiling, maintaining and validating large datasets using Excel.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to understand and address user requirements.
- Responding to stakeholder queries and provide guidance on portal-related matters.

To have your application considered you must:

- Have well developed Excel skills
- Have experience administering websites or supporting content management systems such as GovCMS, WordPress or similar platforms
- Have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Have an existing NV1 security clearance
