Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Casual/ Part Time Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team for 2 days a week across our Ipswich and Indooroopilly clinics. Ideal candidate would also be able to offer cover on other days aswell. The work days requiring filling are Thursday and Friday. Training can start as soon as available.

Your Role: As our Medical Receptionist, you’ll be an essential part of our practice, ensuring our patients feel welcomed and supported. Your tasks will include:

- Booking appointments and setting up current patients

- Ensuring access to relevant radiology

- Assisting with patient billing

- Managing emails and phone calls

- Ordering stock

- Proofreading medical letters (no typing required)

What We’re Looking For: We value individuals who bring not just skills, but a caring spirit and the ability to take initiative. You should have:





- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to assist patients

- A friendly phone manner

- A willingness to learn, grow, and take on recent challenges

- Previous experience in medical reception (experience with Gentu or similar software and Medicare) preferred but not essential

- The ability to work efficiently, respond promptly to communications, and think on your feet
