About the role

Boost Juice Tuggerah is looking for a Team Leader and Weekday Boosties to join our team. The successful applicants will be passionate, reliable, outgoing and hard working with a can do attitude. The Team Leader will also be required to have a few extra characteristics and responsibilities:

Team Leader - Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with the manager to lead the team

- Set sales and COGS targets each shift

- Coach the team throughout the shift to achieve KPIs

- Deliver amazing customer service

- Get a VIBE going in store through sampling, music, theme days and an outgoing personality

Team Leader - About you

- Passionate, infectious personality, love life attitude

- Experience leading a team

- Hard working

- Reliable

- Versatile

- Confident to set sales and COGS targets and coach the team to achieve these

- Customer service focussed

- Extremely outgoing

- Able to work both weekdays and weekends
