My client is a growing player in the Victorian construction industry, from the perspective of civils, roads, data centres, FRP works, full turnkey solutions. Office Laverton, with the option of 1 or 2 days Working from home- delivering projects all over Victoria.

Personally, knowing the Operations Manager he is a great guy, coming over from Tier 1 background, knowledgeable and ambitious- he wants someone similar to come on the growth journey. Having placed numerous people here, the feedback has been excellent. Huge project portfolio, excellent brand and perception amongst their clients.

Your current role
The role of Senior Estimator / Manager you will be responsible for responsible for leading the pricing and tendering of infrastructure projects such as major infrastructure, roads, rail, data centres, energy works - buildings / civils. Projects ranging to $350m in value.




Ideally the plan is to grow a team around this position, to support you and build the business.

What you'll need to succeed

Our client's requirements MUST be met;
Civil contractor or commercial builder
Experience on civil infrastructure project or major building projects (not residential homes)
5 years minimum in estimating role
Excellent communication skills
Drive, enthusiasm, personality.
Based in West Melbourne full working rights, 2 days WFH option
