Indigeco is partnering with a global leader in 3PL and supply chain solutions to recruit a Transport Supervisor for their Sydney hub in Horsley Park.

This role is focused on the PM shift, working Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. It is a critical linehaul coordination role, responsible for managing the afternoon and evening peak across a busy national transport network.

This is not a warehouse floor supervisor role. We are looking for someone with genuine transport, fleet, carrier or linehaul experience who can coordinate movements, manage driver and carrier issues, respond to delays, and keep freight moving safely and on time.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the real-time execution of linehaul movements during the PM shift, including arrivals, departures, delays and network updates
- Coordinate with carriers, drivers, interstate hubs and internal teams to ensure freight moves to plan
- Monitor driver locations, freight status, service windows and operational priorities during the afternoon and evening peak
- Troubleshoot delays, breakdowns, carrier issues and bottlenecks across the linehaul network
- Coordinate ad-hoc vehicle requirements when volumes increase or operational needs change
- Support equipment readiness by coordinating trailer, maintenance, tyre or breakdown requirements with relevant contractors
- Maintain strong shift handovers, reporting on performance,



exceptions, carrier challenges, safety matters and operational outcomes

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in transport, linehaul, fleet coordination, carrier management or transport supervision
- Strong understanding of linehaul operations, heavy vehicle movements, driver compliance and time-critical freight networks
- Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility, work diaries, driver requirements and transport safety obligations
- Ability to manage high call volumes, competing priorities and operational pressure, particularly during the 5:00pm to 9:00pm peak period
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to manage drivers, carriers, contractors and internal stakeholders professionally
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with ability to learn transport, warehouse or fleet management systems
- Comfortable working in an office-based coordination role focused on planning, communication, systems, reporting and problem solving
