A team-oriented team player, you communicate effectively, build strong stakeholder relationships, and are committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care. You thrive in fast-paced environments, use sound clinical judgement, and approach challenges with flexibility. You are open to working across different clinical areas and sites, participating in on-call as required, and are committed to ongoing professional development. You will have demonstrated experience as a social worker with relevant qualifications (Bachelor Social Work or Master Social Work (Qualifying)) & eligible for AASW membership including continuing professional education. You will also bring with you an experience working in a community health or hospital setting and a current driver's licence. Why Join Us?
