Based at our Edinburgh facility, your expertise is the backbone to everything running smoothly. From assembling and maintaining critical components to tackling intricate repairs, this position supports the quality and reliability that sets us apart. Working with a range of equipment and to exceptional standards, we have multiple projects both current and upcoming, with plenty more to come. We are looking for not only technical ability, but the right attitude where you will fit well within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Disassembly/Assembly of vibrating screens & Trommel screens.

- Static balancing of pulley shafts.

- Assembly of bearing housings and fitting to shafts.

- Construct and assemble mechanical systems and machine parts.

- Read and interpret technical drawings for manufacturing and machining.

- Competently operate manual lathes, mills and drill presses to achieve quality and accuracy of finished products.

- Ensure accuracy with measurements, consistently checking and validating to requirements.

- Demonstrate fault finding abilities in general operations and breakdown situations.

- Support quality management processes with torque mapping and compliance.

- Work to health,



safety and environmental standards.

Skills and Qualification Requirements:

- Trade qualified – Cert III in Engineering (Fitting) or equivalent.

- Able to take on a range of tasks beyond fitting and machining as needed.

- Proactive mindset to effectively troubleshoot.

- Working at Heights, White Card and Confined Space tickets desirable.

- Current forklift licence preferred, drivers licence essential.
