About the role

This is a practical, rapid-paced role combining onsite quoting, estimating and sales. You'll spend designated days on the road meeting customers and quoting projects, with the balance of your time in our Wangara office preparing estimates, completing plan take-offs and managing incoming opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Attending residential and commercial sites across Perth

- Completing up to six onsite quoting appointments per day on designated quoting days

- Measuring and scoping tiling works

- Preparing accurate estimates and quotations

- Reading plans and completing take-offs

- Calculating labour, materials and project requirements

- Identifying preparation requirements, exclusions and potential variations

- Meeting homeowners, builders and commercial clients

- Following up opportunities and asking for the sale

- Building relationships with builders and repeat customers

About you

- Estimating, quoting or trade experience

- Ability to read plans and take measurements

- Strong numerical skills





- Good construction knowledge

- Excellent organisation and time management

- Confidence dealing with customers and builders

- Strong attention to detail

- A commercial mindset

- A willingness to follow up quotes and win work

- The ability to work at pace and manage a high volume of opportunities
