About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the delivery of Evoenergy's electricity network programs across the ACT. - Build trusted relationships with the client and internal stakeholders, acting as a key point of coordination and escalation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, visibility, forecasting accuracy and delivery outcomes.
About You
You are a practical and commercially minded leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You combine strong program management capability with the confidence to make decisions, manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with clients and delivery teams to achieve outcomes.
You will bring:
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent experience managing complex infrastructure or utility programs.
- Demonstrated experience delivering maintenance, construction or capital works programs within electricity, utilities, infrastructure or a related industry.
- Strong financial, forecasting and reporting capability, with experience managing budgets, schedules, resources and performance metrics.
- A proven ability to build credibility with clients and stakeholders while leading teams to deliver protected, cost-effective and timely outcomes.
- Accountability, resilience and sound judgement, with a practical approach to problem solving and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Why Work With Us
