Associate, Infrastructure Portfolio Performance, Ongoing full time, Sydney

This role is a Clerk Grade 7/8, with a base salary for this role starting at $116,981 - $129,492 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

As the Associate, Infrastructure Portfolio Performance, you will support the analysis and reporting of the State's infrastructure portfolio, helping to provide insights that inform government decision making.

Working with a range of stakeholders, you will collect, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities across major infrastructure projects. You will contribute to high quality reporting and data visualisations, support governance processes, and help ensure accurate and timely information is available to senior executives, committees and Cabinet.

Some of the key responsibilities for the role include:

- Providing input and support for the preparation of accurate regular and ad-hoc reports, including to senior executive infrastructure committees and Cabinet, to facilitate sound decision making.
- Sourcing, collating and compiling data and information to identify emerging issues or inconsistencies, track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
- Using a range of metrics to assist with monitoring and evaluation of the performance of the State's infrastructure portfolio of capital projects to inform decision making.
- Supporting the development of reports and data visualisations to identify patterns and trends and input into cabinet and strategic reports
- Provide secretariat and governance support for committees, working groups and executive forums, ensuring the effective coordination of meetings.

About You

You will bring tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience,



along with advanced skills in using Microsoft Office products to analyse, manipulate and interpret data, and present insights through clear and engaging visualisations. You will have a strong interest in, or experience supporting, the planning, development, procurement and/or delivery of infrastructure projects across a range of asset classes.

You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, with the ability to identify issues, interpret complex information and develop practical solutions. You will also possess sound report writing and visual presentation design skills, enabling you to communicate insights effectively to a variety of stakeholders. Experience using Salesforce or a similar platform will be highly regarded.
