Responsibilities:

- Drive safety standards across the project
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
- Review SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentation
- Lead toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Engage with subcontractors, supervisors and project teams




- Provide practical WHS advice across the site

About You:

- High-rise construction safety experience
- Strong high-risk construction experience
- Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
- Relevant high-risk construction certifications highly desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
