About the role

You will be responsible for coordinating and hosting Chef's Table experiences, pie-making classes and occasional on and off-site events, working closely with chefs and front-of-house team. This is a varied role that combines customer service, event administration and hands-on event hosting, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience from their initial invitation through to the end of each event.

Key responsibilities

- Managing bookings, invitations and guest RSVPs

- Preparing menus, signage and place cards

- Responding to customer enquiries and securing reservations

- Collecting dietary requirements and communicating them to the team

- Setting up event spaces before service

- Greeting and hosting guests throughout their experience

- Assisting with food and beverage service during Chef's Tables and events

- Presenting dishes and sharing menu highlights with guests

- Providing wine and beverage service

- Maintaining a clean, organised service area

About you

- Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys working with people

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Comfortable managing bookings and customer enquiries





- Calm and professional in a busy hospitality environment

- A strong communicator who works well within a team

- Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences

- Section waiter experience is essential

- Immediate start available

- Unrestricted Australian working rights (no student visas)
