Our client is a highly regarded, established real estate agency in Melbourne’s Inner North, and due to continued growth, an prospect has become available to join an exceptionally successful sales team as their Associate Agent / Buyer Manager.

Working directly alongside two highly experienced agents who collectively generate approximately $2.5M in GCI, you’ll gain firsthand exposure to what it takes to operate a genuinely high-performing sales business.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be sitting in the background doing admin. You’ll be out in the market, working with buyers, attending opens, prospecting, assisting with campaigns and learning the full sales process from two proven performers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and nurturing buyer relationships
- Conducting open for inspections and private appointments
- Buyer call backs and follow-up
- Identifying and matching buyers to suitable properties
- Prospecting and outbound lead generation
- Building relationships with prospective vendors
- Assisting with appraisal preparation and appointments
- Supporting listing and sales campaigns from launch through to auction
- Attending photo shoots, floorplans and marketing appointments
- Preparing pre-listing kits, proposals and marketing schedules
- Assisting with auctions and post-auction follow-up
- Maintaining and growing the team’s client database
- Letter drops and local area prospecting
- Building your knowledge of the local market





We’re looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of real estate and is ready to take the next step.

You’ll ideally have:

- Minimum 12 months’ experience within residential real estate
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in property sales
- Current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with buyers and prospective clients
- A proactive attitude and willingness to prospect
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities
- Polished and professional presentation
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
