The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Kitchen Showroom Consultant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom to guiding them through their showroom consultation.

This role combines sales, design insight and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom.

- Understand clients' needs, lifestyle and budget.

- Provide expert advice on kitchen products and finishes.





- Run and maintain the showroom presentation to the highest standards.

- Advertising artwork for Road LED signage and create social media content for Facebook and Instagram.

- Administration duties (including ordering samples, etc).

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in kitchen showroom consultations (preferred).

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- A passion for interior design and home trends.

- Confident in consultative selling.

- Self-motivated, takes initiative and professional.
