Your impact

We are in search of a vibrant and passionate South Australian Brand Ambassador to propel the Never Never brand to new heights and own the advocacy program in its home state. If you have a zeal for building on-trade advocacy, spirit education and driving velocity of sale, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll be instrumental in boosting brand visibility and fostering enduring connections within our on-trade industry and delivering activation support to our off-trade partners. You will also work with our hospitality team across two owned venues to deliver brand immersions and support our Events and Partnerships Manager in the delivery of top tier local events and activations.

About the role

Embody the spirit of Never Never as a brand champion, igniting awareness, fostering trials, and championing the flavour mantra. You'll be instrumental in boosting brand visibility and fostering enduring connections within the on-trade industry and delivering activation support to off-trade partners. You will work with the hospitality team across two owned venues to deliver brand immersions and support the Events and Partnerships Manager in the delivery of top tier local events and activations.

Key responsibilities

- Target new accounts, support existing ones, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to support the Asahi sales team

- Work closely with the Events and Partnerships Manager to organise, prepare and execute events locally and nationally when required

- Support the hospitality and marketing teams with all cocktail creative, including support at large scale events, local experiences within hospitality venues, and creation of drink creative for photo and videography shoots

- Drive brand growth through educational initiatives, seasonal cocktail listings, regular menu placements,



new on-premise and retail distribution points and general brand visibility

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive all tastings, campaigns, events, and local media opportunities

- Engage in consumer sampling, in-house training, and masterclasses to forge strong connections with key accounts in both on and off premise

- Cultivate and expand a captivating social media presence to actively connect with customers and industry professionals

- Lead the strategic development of spirits education and capability initiatives for the internal Asahi team and its broader customer base

- Drive recent distribution, secure cocktail and menu listings, and execute volume-driving initiatives within the assigned territory

- Be proficient in stakeholder management when it comes to both internal and external KPI execution

About you

- Experience in hospitality, sales, brand advocacy, FMCG, or customer service

- Demonstrates a proactive approach to tasks, with strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

- Ability to work independently, with limited amounts of time in the office environment

- Ability to cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and partners

- Deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for gin and vodka, with a keen interest in the beverage industry and its trends

- Background in hospitality is critical, preferably with some cocktail experience

- Innovative mindset to develop and implement engaging brand programs, events, and educational sessions that resonate with target audiences

- Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to present information clearly and engagingly to diverse audiences

- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude

- RSA certified and valid Australian driver's license
