As a Corporate Services Consultant in our Preventative team you will provide a high level of customer service to a range of corporate clients for all their first aid requirements including actively promoting products and services, scheduling, setting up accounts, invoicing, reporting and attending onsite events. This is a energetic role where you will use your strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain a variety of relationships and organise training, invoices and product sales. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract FT 37.5 hours a week, opportunity working Monday through to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm in our Belmont State Office.

What you’ll do:

- Stakeholder management of a variety of corporate clients including responding to and actioning all phone calls and emails accurately and in an efficient time frame to ensure customer needs are met
- Provide information to customers on all First Aid products and services
- Schedule onsite classes and complete participant enrolments as required
- Ensure accuracy of information for customers and internal stakeholders to support excellence in delivery of training and services
- Ensure all customer invoicing queries or corrections are resolved in an appropriate time frame.
- Actively maintain and develop customer relationships and business opportunities through regular interactions including outbound calling
- Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services
- Prepare and follow up quotes as required
- Proactively identify and support improvements in processes and systems to streamline workflows and improve customer service levels
- Attend client visits and first aid drills when required

What you’ll need:

- Minimum 2 years customer service experience




- Exceptional customer service and relationship skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Accurate data entry
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills
