?️ What You’ll Do

As the face of our service department, you will keep the garage moving smoothly. Your daily gears will turn around:

- Customer Liaison: Welcoming riders, booking in jobs, and keeping customers updated on their bike's progress.

- Tech Coordination: Chatting with our workshop technicians to translate mechanical updates into plain English for customers.

- Parts & Spares: Sourcing and ordering spare parts for workshop jobs and retail customers.

- Invoicing & Admin: Creating accurate invoices, processing payments, and managing workshop schedules.

? What We Are Looking For

- The Vibe:



A positive, energetic person who loves talking to fellow riders and delivers excellent customer service.

- The Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask when the counter gets busy. Basic computer and invoicing literacy are essential.

- The Knowledge: A solid understanding of motorcycle parts or mechanical concepts so you can communicate effectively with both techs and riders.

- The Licence: A motorcycle licence is highly preferred (because we actually want you to enjoy the machines we work on!).
