About the business and role

Kennedy & Cooke have been established since 1974. They have six offices along the South Coast, from Sanctuary Point in the North to Merimbula in the South.

They provide most legal services, across a broad range of fields and to a wide range of clientele, from individuals to large corporations and businesses. Services include conveyancing, family law, criminal law, wills and estates, business succession planning, commercial disputes and family provision claims.

The successful candidate will be based in the Narooma office, working closely with a senior lawyer and professional onsite support staff.

Skills and experience

The role entails a diverse range of skill sets, responsibilities and rewarding challenges that include but are not limited to:

- Court appearances





- Reviewing documents and drafting correspondence

- Preparing and filing court documents

- Liaising with clients and other third parties

- Dispute resolution work

- File management
