Regional Strata NSW is a growing Strata Management company with four offices across the NSW South Coast and Central West.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and organised person to join our Nowra team as an Assistant Strata Manager, with a genuine opportunity to progress into a Strata Manager role as your skills and experience develop.

About the role

Working closely with our experienced Strata Managers, your role will include:

- Answering telephone enquiries and directing calls

- Responding to emails and written correspondence

- Liaising with contractors and arranging maintenance

- Issuing work orders and following up maintenance matters

- Processing contractor payments and compliance documentation

- Reviewing statements and reports

- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes

- Attending meetings alongside Senior Strata Managers

- Preparing and sending communications and notifications to owners

- Assisting with the day-to-day management of strata schemes

No two days are the same, making this a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and staying organised.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

- Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn

- Well organised with excellent attention to detail

- Confident using computers and learning new systems





- A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner

- Committed to providing a high standard of customer service

- Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors

- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

- Self-motivated while also enjoying being part of a team

Previous administration, customer service or property experience will be highly regarded, but attitude, willingness to learn and a desire to build a career are equally important.

Training & career progression

As part of the role, you will undertake the Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, with training and support provided to help you develop your knowledge and progress within the industry.

For the right person, this position provides a clear pathway from Assistant Strata Manager to Strata Manager, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
