About the role:

- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalised consultations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance
- Achieve individual sales and service targets, contributing to overall counter success
- Build strong client relationships through expert product knowledge, tailored recommendations, and follow-up care
- Maintain a luxurious and welcoming counter environment that reflects Giorgio Armani’s elegance and sophistication
- Stay up to date with brand education, current launches, and industry trends to confidently share insights with clients
- Assist with stock management and merchandising, ensuring the counter is always well-presented and fully replenished
- Support in-store promotions, events, and activations to drive engagement and visibility of the brand
- Uphold Armani’s brand values through impeccable grooming, professionalism, and client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, goal-oriented, and high-performing culture
