About the role

Affine Projects is seeking an Intern Property Development Executive to join our dynamic team .This is a casual position, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the property development and construction in residential and commercial sector. As an Intern Development Executive, you will work closely with our experienced Founding Director, supporting the delivery of property development projects from conception through to completion. This role provides the perfect platform to develop your understanding of the property development industry whilst contributing meaningfully to our projects.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with market research and feasibility studies for property development opportunities

- Supporting the preparation of development proposals and project documentation

- Liaising with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and local authorities

- Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress

- Contributing to the analysis of financial models and budgeting processes

- Assisting with the compilation and organisation of project files and records

- Supporting the identification and evaluation of new retail and property development opportunities

- Undertaking research on planning regulations, zoning laws and compliance requirements

- Assisting with presentations and communications to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Property Development, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, Built Workplace or a related field

- Strong interest in property development and construction project management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team





- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in property development

- Problem-solving ability and analytical mindset

- Previous experience or internships in property development, real estate, or related fields would be advantageous
