About the role

This role is ideal for support workers who are confident in providing a high standard of care and support, including medication administration, insulin administration, personal care, activities of daily living (ADLs), community access, domestic assistance, transport, and social support.

Key responsibilities

- Provide medication administration and insulin administration
- Deliver personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Facilitate community access and social support
- Provide domestic assistance and transport
- Build positive relationships with participants
- Promote independence and uphold the dignity and choice of every individual supported
