Watch Adviser – Luxury Watch Boutique

Are you passionate about luxury timepieces and delivering exceptional client experiences? We are seeking a highly motivated Watch Adviser to join our team at a high-end watch boutique Sydney & Melbourne CBD location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized, high-level advice on luxury and premium watches.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable watches based on style, budget, occasion and collecting interests.

- Conduct sales consultations from initial enquiry through to final purchase.

- Negotiate confidently and professionally, balancing customer expectations with company pricing, margins and commercial objectives.

- Handle objections and close sales while maintaining a premium customer experience.

- Develop repeat business and generate referrals through exceptional client service.

- Maintain robust product knowledge across brands, models, movements, complications and market trends.

- Stay informed about current watch values, demand, availability and collector preferences.

- Assist with stock presentation, merchandising and showroom standards.

- Accurately manage customer enquiries, sales documentation and follow-up activities.

- Work collaboratively with the wider sales and management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements & Capabilities:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail environment (preferred).

- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.





- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to grow within the business.

- Fluency in English is required. Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded and considered an advantage.

- Previous experience in luxury retail, watches, automotive, high-end sales or a similar client-focused environment.

- A genuine passion for watches and the luxury industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

- Confidence discussing pricing and value with discerning customers.

- A proven ability to convert enquiries into sales.

- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of margins and profitability.

- A polished, professional and trustworthy presentation.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- The ability to build genuine relationships rather than simply transact.
