We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised New Installation and Modernisation Project Manager to join our WA Branch. The role reports to the Construction and Modernisation Manager. The role will be to manage the Lift Modernisation and Construction sites for the area. The successful candidate must be experienced in all aspects of the Construction industry and prior experience in Project Management and the associate scheduling, and financial reporting are a pre-requisite. Prior experience within the Lift Industry would be advantageous.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage lift installation projects from handover through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timeframes.
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling and progress tracking, including maintaining project programs and site activity records.
- Lead site establishment activities, including inductions, site inspections, crew mobilisation and compliance requirements. ▪ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders through regular site meetings and communication.
- Monitor project costs, labour forecasts, purchasing and progress claims to support effective project financial management.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including quality plans, maintenance manuals, site files, notices and project records.
- Assess, price and communicate project variations, delays and site related changed to customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, tooling, equipment and training requirements to support successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress, quality, safety and compliance with project specifications.
- Facilitate project completion reviews and handovers, ensuring all documentation and close out requirements are completed.
