About the role

Waterco and Davey Water Products are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Balcatta team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring products are received, stored, picked and dispatched safely, accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team, you will lead warehouse staff, maintain high standards of safety and housekeeping, and help drive improvements across warehouse processes and inventory management.

What you'll be doing

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team

- Allocate work and ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time

- Oversee receiving, put-away, storage and dispatch of stock

- Maintain accurate inventory and support regular stocktakes and cycle counts

- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvement

- Ensure warehouse procedures, safety requirements and company policies are followed

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

- Coordinate freight, deliveries and collections as required

- Manage warehouse equipment and ensure it is used safely and appropriately

- Train,



coach and support team members to achieve performance and service standards

- Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and other departments to ensure customer requirements are met

- Assist with resolving stock, order and delivery issues

- Lead by example and contribute to a positive and accountable team culture

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading people and improving the way things are done.

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and distribution

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a team

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- A practical, hands-on approach to work

- Positive computer skills and experience using warehouse or ERP systems

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Current forklift licence and experience operating a forklift
