Project Administrator

$90,000 - $110,000 + super | Hybrid - Site / Office

We're looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our growing Tier 1 electrical team and support the successful delivery of multiple major projects.

This is a varied, high-impact role where you'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and project teams across a range of responsibilities including:

- Drawing submissions and document control
- Invoice reconciliation and purchase orders
- Timesheet coordination and reconciliation
- Managing administration across multiple projects
- Project reporting, registers and correspondence
- Supporting subcontractor and supplier administration
- General project coordination and administration

About You

You'll be highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects running smoothly.

Ideally, you'll have:

- 3+ years' experience in project administration, preferably construction or electrical
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with drawings, document control, invoices and timesheets
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, reliable and commercially minded approach
- Tier 1 construction or electrical experience highly regarded
