About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lawyer, minimum 12 months PAE, to join our expanding insurance practice.

Working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Lawyers, you will act for leading Australian insurers, managing both litigated and un-litigated public liability claims involving personal injury and property damage. You will also advise on property damage recoveries for a major multinational insurer, and provide guidance on liability, quantum, policy coverage, dual insurance, and contractual indemnity issues across diverse sectors including construction and strata (commercial and residential).

About You:

- Minimum 12 months PAE.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow.

- The desire and enthusiasm to work collaboratively.

- Experience in court procedures.

- Eager to develop your career in insurance law.
