We are looking for a strong, experienced Store Manager to lead our Bath & Body Works store at Macarthur Square.

This is an exciting opportunity for an established retail leader who knows how to drive results, build a high-performing team and create an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially focused and confident leading from the front. You will take full ownership of the store’s performance, people and day-to-day operations, while continuing to strengthen the Bath & Body Works brand at Macarthur Square.

Your Role

As Store Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance and success of the Macarthur Square store.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Commercial Performance – Drive sales, KPIs and profitability while identifying opportunities to improve store performance.

- Leadership & Team Development – Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, creating clear expectations and strong accountability.

- Customer Experience – Build a customer-first culture and ensure every customer receives an engaging and memorable Bath & Body Works experience.

- People Management – Effectively manage performance, development, rostering and team engagement.

- Store Operations – Take ownership of inventory, stock management, loss prevention, compliance and daily store operations.





- Visual Merchandising – Maintain exceptional brand and merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always commercially impactful and customer-ready.

- Business Ownership – Understand your store's performance, analyse results and take action to address challenges and maximise opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who can demonstrate:

- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail setting.

- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and KPI targets.

- Proven ability to lead, develop and retain high-performing teams.

- Confidence managing performance and holding teams accountable.

- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of store profitability.

- Excellent operational and organisational skills.

- A hands-on leadership style – you are comfortable being on the shop floor and leading by example.

- Resilience, adaptability and a solution-focused approach.

- A genuine passion for customer experience, fragrance, beauty and retail.
