Property Manager – Portfolio Based

We’re Growing Our Team!

We’re looking for a motivated Property Manager to join our growing team in a portfolio-based role, working in a supportive and team-focused environment with strong hands-on management support.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a positive and well-structured workplace. We’re also open to considering the right candidate for a traineeship, with the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice completed on the job.

About the Role

- Managing a defined portfolio of residential properties

- Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants

- Conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports

- Coordinating and following up maintenance and repairs

- Liaising with contractors and service providers

- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears

- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures

- Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Working closely with management and support staff for guidance and assistance

About You

We are open to candidates who have a genuine interest in building a career in property management. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a positive and proactive attitude,



and a team-first approach to your work.

You’re someone who is willing to learn, open to guidance and support, and able to manage responsibilities effectively within a structured environment. With the right mindset and support from management, you’ll be motivated to deliver excellent service and grow within the role.

Must hold a current drivers license

Cert4 in Real Estate Services - or be willing to undertake the course via traineeship
