About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale digital transformation program delivering modern, cloud-native solutions. This role will work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise-grade applications using AWS cloud technologies and contemporary engineering practices.

You will work within a collaborative Agile delivery setting alongside architects, technical leads, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to build secure, scalable, and resilient solutions that support critical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Full Stack Developer, you will:

- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Develop and support cloud-native backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs using OpenAPI specifications and contract-first development principles.
- Deliver synchronous and event-driven integrations using modern API and messaging patterns.
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CDK.
- Design and develop scalable relational and NoSQL database solutions.
- Implement secure, reliable, and maintainable AWS-based applications.
- Develop monitoring, logging, audit, validation, and exception management capabilities.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and quality assurance practices.
- Participate in solution design sessions, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while managing work independently.

Required Skills & Experience:

Front-End Development





- Strong commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience developing responsive, accessible, and user-centric web applications.
- Strong understanding of modern CSS frameworks and component libraries.
- Experience building complex workflow-driven and role-based user interfaces.

Backend & Integration Development

- Proven experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs within AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with OpenAPI specifications and API-first development methodologies.
- Strong experience developing microservices and distributed applications.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and JWT.
- Experience developing backend services using Python.

AWS Cloud Technologies

Demonstrated hands-on experience with:

- AWS Lambda
- Amazon API Gateway
- Amazon EventBridge
- Amazon SQS
- Amazon SNS
- Amazon S3
- Amazon DynamoDB
- Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL (RDS)
- AWS IAM
- AWS Secrets Manager
- AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store
- Amazon CloudWatch

Additional experience with:

- Serverless architectures
- Event-driven solutions
- AWS networking, VPCs, and private API integrations
- Secure service-to-service communications

DevOps & Software Engineering

- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent CI/CD platforms.




- Strong Git source control, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience integrating automated testing, security scanning, and quality controls into delivery pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and secure coding principles.

Highly Desirable

- Experience implementing observability, monitoring, structured logging, and distributed tracing solutions.
- Experience designing highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant cloud-native applications.
- Experience working within large enterprise or government environments.
- AWS Certifications, particularly AWS Certified Developer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
- Experience delivering solutions within complex stakeholder environments.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience in software development.
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on AWS cloud development experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end solutions across front-end, backend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and operational support.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams and modern DevOps environments.
- Proven ability to contribute across the full application development lifecycle.
