We're now looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our Perth team and help clients navigate their share sale requests from initial enquiry through to completion.

You don't need previous brokerage or share market experience, we’ll train you on the job. What matters most is that you're organised, can communicate clearly and confidently with clients, and are willing to learn.

What the role requires

You'll manage client share sale requests and guide them through specialised Sell My Shares services and standard industry requirements for one-off financial transactions.

On a typical day you will:

- Respond to client enquiries by phone and email

- Guide clients through the share sale process, including documentation, timing and payment requirements

- Review forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness

- Identify missing information or inconsistencies before a transaction progresses

- Process client documentation and share sale transactions accurately





- Liaise with share registries and other parties to verify information and resolve issues

- Keep clients informed as their transaction progresses

- Escalate unusual or potentially problematic matters where required

As your knowledge develops, you'll also learn to assist with more complex transactions involving deceased estates, powers of attorney, trusts and other shareholder types.

Who we're looking for

You could come from customer service, administration, legal, accounting, banking or other process-driven environments.

You'll enjoy this role if you:

- Have excellent attention to detail

- Communicate clearly and confidently by phone and email with people from a broad range of ages, cultures, and technical abilities

- Are patient when helping people navigate unfamiliar processes

- Enjoy solving problems rather than simply passing them on

- Can manage several pieces of work at once without losing track of the details

- Are comfortable working with database systems, client documents, and Microsoft Office

- Want to learn and build specialist knowledge in financial services

Previous experience in financial services, share registries, CHESS, settlements, legal administration or compliance related work would be an advantage, but it isn't essential, we'll train the right person.
