Complete Staff Solutions supplies experienced groundskeeping and maintenance staff to five Council-run holiday parks across the beautiful Port Stephens area.

As we head into the warmer months and the busy holiday season, we are looking for reliable, hardworking and hands-on Groundskeepers to join our casual team.

Locations:

Fingal Bay | Shoal Bay | Nelson Bay | Soldiers Point | Anna Bay

Shifts Available:

- Weekdays

- Weekends

- Public Holidays

As this is a casual position, shifts will vary from week to week depending on bookings and operational requirements. We aim to provide regular work wherever possible, particularly throughout the busy season, however there may be quieter periods outside of peak season where fewer or no shifts are available.

About the Role:

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for keeping the holiday parks looking their best while also providing a welcoming and enjoyable workplace for guests.

The role combines grounds maintenance, general maintenance and cleaning, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Duties Include:

- Undertaking general grounds maintenance, including mowing, gardening, landscaping and vegetation management

- Completing minor building repairs,



general maintenance and handyman duties

- Cleaning and maintaining amenities, including bathrooms, toilets, showers and communal facilities

- Cleaning and maintaining park facilities and BBQ areas

- Emptying bins and ensuring the park is clean, safe and well presented

- Providing friendly and professional customer service and assisting guests as required

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

- At least 2 years' experience in gardening, landscaping, groundskeeping, handyman work, maintenance or a similar field

- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to complete general maintenance tasks

- A strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented facilities

- Good communication and customer service skills

- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays

- A reliable and positive attitude
