We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and down-to-earth male support worker to join our growing team based in the Logan area. If you’re passionate about helping others build independence and live their best life, keep reading ?

✨ About the Role:
This role is focused on community access, so no two days are the same. You’ll be out and about supporting participants with activities, building confidence, and helping them achieve their personal goals.

We’re after someone who can:
✔ Think on their feet and plan engaging day-to-day activities
✔ Build genuine connections with clients
✔ Encourage independence while providing the right level of support
✔ Work confidently with children and young people

Essential Requirements:





- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

- Working With Children Check (Blue Card)

- Current First Aid & CPR

- Reliable car with comprehensive insurance

- Fluent English

- Physically fit and active

Highly Regarded:

- Certificate in Disability or similar
