Senior Site Manager / Project Coordinator – Electrical | Commercial Electrical Fit Out

A bright and agile Electrical Contractor in Sydney is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Coordinator to run commercial electrical projects. We're talking real jobs anywhere from $500k up to $10 million and beyond.

You'll be the person on the ground making sure everything comes together, Keeping builders, clients, consultants and suppliers on the same page, and leading your team of Site Supervisors, electricians and apprentices to get the job done safely, on time, and on budget.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll run electrical projects from day one through to handover, leading your Site Supervisors, electricians and apprentices along the way. That means keeping programs, costs and resources on track day to day, while also overseeing quality, safety, compliance and all the project documentation that goes with it.





What We're Looking For

You'll have 5+ years' experience in a Senior Site Manager, Project Manager or similar role with a commercial electrical contractor, along with an electrical trade qualification and a current NSW Electrical Licence. You've got runs on the board managing projects between $500k and $10m+, and you bring strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to the table. You're commercially minded, with a good handle on costs and profitability, and you're confident reading drawings and managing site teams and trades.
