JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shastri Family Trust No 2 and Nolexa Foodworks Pty Ltd are partnership firm conveniently located at Burnside QLD 4560, Australia. We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Procurement Manager to join our team. This opportunity is based at our Foodworks Burnside. The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skill level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Developing, implementing, and overseeing procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies, policies, and operational plans.
●Planning and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while keeping overall costs to a minimum.
●Establishing and negotiating supplier agreements to achieve the required standards of quality, pricing, and delivery.
●Reviewing and managing inventory and storage processes to ensure continuous supply and effective control of stock levels.
●Maintaining inventory tracking and documentation systems to monitor the movement of supplies and finished products and identify appropriate times for replenishment.




●Coordinating with internal teams and customers to understand requirements for dispatched goods and arrange suitable transportation and delivery services.
●Supervising the accurate documentation and processing of purchasing, warehousing, and distribution activities.
●Allocating duties to staff, supervising day-to-day activities, and assessing staff performance to ensure operational efficiency.
●Managing the delivery of products and services in line with customer and client needs and expectations.
ATTRIBUTES:
●Minimum 1 year qualification is required as a Procurement Manager,
●Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,
●Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.

Experience: At least 1 year (Preferred)
Salary: In between $81,000 - $83,000 annually
Work authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
