The role requires the following essential skills
Required Skills:
Enforce WBS/CBS coding structures aligned with the
NEC4
cost category segregation.
Produce and own the programme's earned value performance metrics.
Identify and escalate schedule variances.
Ensure the Programme is maintained as a live, contractually compliant document under
NEC4.
Lead quantitative schedule risk analysis (Monte Carlo
or
equivalent).
Deliver weekly and monthly schedule performance reports to senior management.

.
