Mills Oakley is seeking a Lawyer with 1–3 years' PQE to join our Melbourne Property team, working with Pablo Fernandez and James Price. You will represent institutional clients, fund managers and corporate clients, supporting transactions across the property lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial leases, handling sales and acquisitions of commercial assets, due diligence and transaction management, and providing general commercial property advisory services.
