Access Aged Care is seeking General Practitioners to join our Queensland team, providing regular weekly rounds within Residential Aged Care Homes and building lasting relationships with residents, families and care teams.
You'll work weekday hours only, with dedicated nursing and telehealth support to coordinate care plans and follow-up. AHPRA Specialist Registration and RACGP/ACRRM Fellowship are required, and a personal laptop is needed to perform the duties.
