Eastern Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join our Rehabilitation team. Inpatient caseload includes individuals with neurological conditions and those undergoing rehabilitation following amputation. Role covers supervision and career development.
You will deliver evidence-based OT assessments and interventions, support discharge planning, and contribute to quality improvement and research while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
