Westpac Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Collateral and Margining in Sydney. You will lead a team responsible for collateral and margining across OTC derivatives, variation and initial margin, and repo collateral management.
You will ensure solid risk management, controls and governance while partnering with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Technology. You will drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalable processes to support future growth, with hybrid working arrangements
