Belgravia Leisure in Heywood, VIC is seeking an outstanding Centre Manager on a casual fixed-term basis to lead the team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at the Heywood Swimming Pool.
You will drive operational, financial and program deliverables, engage with the leadership team and council, and develop plans to achieve KPIs while promoting a secure, inclusive community facility. The role runs November to April with 2pm–6pm pool hours, seven days a week, on a part time basis.
