St John of God Murdoch Hospital in Western Australia is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for our Emergency Department. The role combines leadership and hands-on clinical nursing, supervising staff and guiding clinical care to deliver protected, high‐quality patient experiences.
The position is permanent full time (38 hours per week, negotiable) with a broad remit including governance, risk management and performance against benchmarks.
