ForHealth Group in Victoria is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team. You will provide high-quality nursing support, conduct timely patient triage, identify deterioration and work closely with Urgent Care Medical Practitioners to deliver excellent patient care.
You will perform hands-on clinical care including wound care, suturing, plastering and assisting with procedures, while maintaining compassionate, patient-centred care and accurate clinical documentation.
