RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Chef to lead all aspects of food operations in our aged care settings. You will focus on secure, nutritious meals, and oversee service, and ensure menus meet modified diets.
You will work with the Manager to refine standards and control costs while maintaining quality. Inspired by compassion and teamwork, you will apply HACCP knowledge, hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Certification, and support residents with excellent service in a
