Amplifon Australia is seeking an HR/ER specialist to join the HR team in Melbourne. Reporting to the Senior HRBP, you will provide generalist Employee Relations support across the Australian business, partnering with Field HRBPs on complex cases and HR projects.
You will advise managers, ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act and legislation, manage investigations, and contribute to workforce planning, retention, and performance initiatives across 450 stores.
