Everyday Independence in Campbelltown is seeking Youth Lead Practitioners to support adolescents and young adults with disability (9–25) across schools, homes, and community settings. You will lead the youth team in planning NDIS therapy packages and act as main contact for participants and families.
The role emphasizes social-model practice, goal-focused work, and collaboration with mentors to build skills and independence. A tertiary qualification and registration are required.
