ResourceCo in Melbourne seeks a agile Health, Safety and Quality (HSQ) leader to guide and enhance the safety, quality and environmental culture across the business. The role drives policy, system development and continuous improvement to meet high operational standards.

The successful candidate will maintain ISO , and accreditations, oversee NHVR compliance, and lead governance and reporting to senior leadership. Solid stakeholder engagement is essential.
