Catholic Healthcare on the NSW Central Coast is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Community Aged Care team. The role involves assessing, planning and delivering tailored physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and Wellness Hubs.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, promote mobility and wellbeing, and support families. AHPRA registration and a current driver's licence are required. We offer travel reimbursements and not-for-profit perks.
