ALOIS Australia is seeking a Customer Assistance Coordinator to manage the full order lifecycle for distributor and end-user accounts from Kilsyth, VIC. This onsite role requires coordinating with warehouses, logistics, and customer service to ensure orders are fulfilled within set timelines.
The role emphasizes transparent communication, accuracy, and teamwork, using Salesforce for records and Conexiom for PO mapping. Flexibility to support 8am–6pm operations is preferred.
