Scentre Group is hiring a Customer Services Supervisor to lead our Concierge and Valet teams at Westfield Carousel. You will oversee daily service operations, coach frontline staff and partner with centre leadership to deliver premium customer experiences.
This on-site, full-time role requires solid communication, rostering and people leadership skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a rapid-paced retail setting.
